Postpartum Support

Simple support during a time your body needs it most. Start Here

Lola Postpartum Pads

This is one of the first things I would focus on during postpartum since it’s something you’ll be using daily.

These are made with simple ingredients and don’t include added fragrance or unnecessary additives, which I pay attention to during recovery.

Lansinoh Washable Nursing Pads

This is a practical swap if you’re breastfeeding and want something reusable and simple.

They’re soft, easy to use, and something you’ll likely be reaching for multiple times throughout the day.

Primally Pure Everything Balm

This is one of the products I like having on hand during postpartum because it can be used for things like dry skin, irritation, and both mom and baby care.

Made with simple, nutrient-dense ingredients, it’s a good option if you’re trying to keep what you’re using on your skin minimal.

What I look for

  • No fragrance or parfum (including “natural fragrance” or essential oil blends)

  • No methylisothiazolinone (MIT) or methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI)

  • No PEGs or ingredients ending in “-eth” (like ceteareth or laureth)

  • Simple ingredients like oils, butters, and waxes that support skin without irritation
