The Green Residential Cleaning
Looking for a clean, refreshed home on your schedule? Here it is, tailored to fit your needs. Or if you’re going out of town, let us take care of things so you come home to a sparkling clean space.

The Green Business Cleaning
In addition to cleaning homes, we clean small offices. Our focus is on small businesses (rather than large facilities).
This green business cleaning includes:
- Emptying trash cans
- Sanitizing bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchen or break room areas
- Dusting tables and desks
- Dusting cobwebs
- Vacuuming and damp mopping floors
- Spot cleaning floors

As-Needed Cleaning
Turnover Service
When tenants leave your rental space and you’re preparing for new arrivals, we’ll take care of cleaning, dishes, laundry, and trash removal. We’ll also make the space more welcoming with gifts like flowers, wine, and cards, and we’ll grab whatever toiletries or linens you might need.
Furniture Cleaning
We’ll get your furniture cleaned and looking brand new with a Bissel Big Green Machine and a 2x allergen cleansing formula.
Accident Clean-Ups
Everyone has times when their animal has an accident. We will certainly take care of this for you — whether it’s a simple clean-up or something that needs a little more TLC. Spot carpet cleaning is also available for $5.00–$15.00 per stain.
Interior Window Cleaning
Cleaning windows helps brighten up a space with sunlight! We will clean the inside of windows and window sills ($4.00 each), window grids ($1.00 each), and blinds ($4.00–$5.00 each).

- Green products and equipment such as vacuums that have HEPA filters, energy and water-saving benefits, and biodegradability
- Color-coded microfiber cloths to reduce the need for cleaning solutions, minimize landfill waste and prevent cross-contamination from room to room within the home
