What I look for
When checking labels, these are a few things I look out for:
No fragrance or parfum (including “natural fragrance”)
No sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) or sodium laureth
sulfate (SLES)
No PEGs or ingredients ending in “-eth” (ceteareth
or laureth)
No methylisothiazolinone (MIT) or methylchloroisothiazolinone
(MCI)
