Our Place Wonder Oven Air Fryer Toaster Oven

Important Note on Kitchen Appliances

When it comes to small kitchen appliances — especially anything heating your food — material construction matters more than most people realize.

Many air fryers and countertop ovens use non-stick coatings, heated plastics, or coated trays that come into direct contact with food. Over time and repeated high heat use, those materials can break down.

Because of this, I tend to look for appliances that lean more heavily on stainless steel interiors and metal racks rather than coated food-contact surfaces.

What I Avoid

• PFAS or PTFE non-stick coatings
• Coated air fry baskets or trays
• Heating plastic food-contact surfaces
• Heavy plastic exposure near heating elements

What I Look For

• Stainless steel interiors
• Metal racks or baskets
• Minimal coatings
• Replaceable food-contact surfaces

Product Description

The Our Place Wonder Oven is an oven-style air fryer toaster oven designed to air fry, toast, bake, and reheat in one countertop appliance.

The interior cooking chamber is stainless steel, and it includes metal racks and an air fry basket rather than traditional non-stick surfaces — making it a more balanced option compared to many standard air fryers.

This appliance is free from PFAS and PTFE-based non-stick coatings.

Things to Keep in Mind

The included bake pan is aluminum and uses a non-stick coating.

The air fry basket and wire rack are chromed steel, and the crumb tray is stainless steel.

If you prefer to further reduce aluminum or coated food contact, you can purchase stainless steel replacement trays or inserts separately — you just need to measure the interior dimensions to find the correct fit.

This allows you to upgrade the food-contact surfaces over time while still using the appliance itself.
