I also skip solvent-type additives and fillers that don’t contribute to actual cleaning and can leave fabrics feeling coated.

Things to keep in mind

Hard water can make any mineral-heavy powder feel less effective, so you may need to tweak your routine depending on your water.

For heavier stains, I still recommend a pre-treat step or an oxygen booster.
