Things to Keep in Mind

Like all electric pressure cookers, this appliance includes non-metal components in the lid and sealing system. While food cooks in a stainless steel pot, non-metal components such as the sealing ring can retain odors over time. Many people keep separate rings for savory and sweet dishes or replace them periodically.
