If You Care Unbleached Parchment Paper

Important Note on Parchment Paper

When I’m choosing parchment paper for baking and roasting, I avoid anything that contains or could be coated with PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS are the chemicals typically used in conventional nonstick parchment, and they can be persistent in the body and environment. I look for unbleached options that are explicitly made without PFAS or other questionable coatings.

Product Description

If You Care Unbleached Parchment Paper is a greaseproof baking paper designed for lining sheet pans, roasting trays, cake pans, and other bakeware. It’s unbleached and intended to give you a nonstick surface without relying on chemical coatings between your food and the paper.

What I Like

I like that this parchment paper is genuinely unbleached and made without PFAS, giving me peace of mind that I’m not intentionally introducing those chemicals into my oven or my food. It works well for most baking and roasting tasks where you want easy release and simple cleanup.
