What I Like
EWG rating: 2, based on entering the ingredient list into the EWG Skin Deep Analyzer.
I like that this has true comfort ingredients in it, especially colloidal oatmeal and evening primrose oil, which can be a nice pairing for dry, easily irritated skin.
The clay and honey combo gives that clean, balanced finish without that overly tight feeling some masks leave behind.
This feels like a good “reset” mask when skin is stressed but you still want it to look brighter and more even afterward.
Things to Keep in Mind
This contains a lot of essential oils, including multiple forms of lavender, plus blue tansy, sandalwood, and rosemary. Even in a rinse-off product, that can be a lot for very sensitive or fragrance-reactive skin.
Clay-based masks can feel drying if overused, especially on already dry or compromised skin, so shorter wear time or less frequent use can be the sweet spot.
This product is not vegan due to raw honey.
Sensitive Skin & Pregnancy Considerations
This mask does not include retinoids or other commonly pregnancy-restricted actives, but it does include several essential oils. If you are rosacea-prone, eczema-prone, barrier-impaired, or you know lavender-heavy products don’t work for you, those essential oils are the most likely reason this could sting or trigger redness. Patch testing is a reasonable step before full-face use, especially during times of hormonal sensitivity.
Essential oil transparency note: essential oils can carry trace contaminants depending on sourcing and processing. Feather & Nest prioritizes brands that emphasize ingredient integrity, testing, and responsible sourcing to help minimize unwanted impurities.
