What I like:

  • Fluoride-free, SLS-free, and free from artificial flavors and colors — appealing for those avoiding synthetic additives in oral care.

  • Uses botanical ingredients with traditional herbal backing, such as neem leaf extract (antimicrobial/gum-care) and pomegranate extract (antioxidant/plaque support).

  • Includes xylitol (sweetener and cavity support) and stevia extract — better alternatives to many conventional sweeteners.

  • The cleansing base uses coconut-derived surfactants (lauryl glucoside) and amino acid-derived surfactants rather than harsher SLS-type agents, which aligns with your low-tox and pregnancy-sensitive standards.

  • Vegan, cruelty-free, and part of a brand that emphasizes natural/herbal wellness.

  • EWG hazard rating is a 1.

Things to keep in mind:

  • The formula still includes a foaming surfactant (though milder) and menthol (cooling agent). If someone is ultra-sensitive to flavor/intense mint, or has very sensitive gums, ultra-mild pastes may feel more stimulating.

  • Herbal extracts like neem, vidanga, amla, etc, are great, but for some users the taste/sensation may differ from conventional toothpaste — there might be an adjustment period.
