Little Seed Farm Grapefruit Lemon Deodorant Cream

This cream deodorant uses a blend of simple, organic ingredients to neutralize odor—no aluminum, no baking soda, and packaged in a reusable glass jar with a metal lid.
It offers a bright, uplifting citrus scent (grapefruit + lemon + litsea) and comes with a small wooden scoop stick for application.

Ingredients:
Tapioca (Manihot Esculenta) Powder* • Magnesium Hydroxide • Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride* • Jojoba (Simmondsia Chinensis) Oil* • Beeswax* • Glycerin** • Grapefruit (Citrus Paridisi) Peel Oil • Orange (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis) Peel Oil* • Litsea Cubeba Fruit Oil* • Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Flexuosus) Leaf Oil*.
*Certified Organic Ingredient. **Derived from sunflower oil, flaxseed oil, or coconut oil. CONTAINS: Coconut.

What I like:

  • Truly free from aluminum and baking soda (which is helpful if you’re especially sensitive or avoiding those ingredients).

  • Simple, organic-first ingredients: arrowroot/tapioca powder for absorbency, jojoba oil to condition skin, beeswax to bind and smooth.

  • Bright citrus scent that feels fresh and uplifting—great if you like a little aroma but still want cleaner products.

  • Packaged in glass + metal (less plastic), which aligns with the low-tox + low-waste angle I always emphasise.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Because this is a more natural “cream” format (applied with fingers or a scoop), the feel and application may be different from a conventional stick deodorant—there might be a short adjustment period.

  • The citrus essential oils (grapefruit peel oil, lemongrass etc) may be more noticeable than a fragrance-free option—if you’re fragrance-sensitive or pregnant/breastfeeding, you might want to patch test or consider the unscented version.

  • If your day involves heavy sweating or very high-heat environments, as with many natural deodorants you may need to reapply or pair with light ventilation.

  • As with all low-tox picks, “safer” doesn’t mean “zero risk”—even organic essential oils can trigger sensitivities in some. So I always recommend a patch test, especially for sensitive skin areas.
