Earthley Leave-In Conditioner
This is a lightweight leave-in spray made to detangle, smooth, and support healthier-looking hair without heavy buildup. I like that Earthley offers two versions, so you can choose a formula that fits your hair type instead of trying to force one product to work for everyone.

What I Like
I like that this is a simple, plant-forward formula with a lightweight spray format. It’s easy to use, easy to travel with, and doesn’t feel like it’s coating your hair.
The two-version option is a big plus. The Thick/Dry formula uses jojoba with lavender and rosemary, while the Fine/Oily formula uses argan with chamomile and nettle, which makes it easier to match your hair needs.
Marshmallow root is a really nice ingredient for slip and detangling, especially if your hair knots easily.
EWG rating (EWG analyzer): 2.
Things to Keep in Mind
Because this is a spray leave-in, it’s lighter than a cream conditioner or mask. If your hair is very thick, very curly, or highly textured, you may want to layer it with a richer conditioner on wash days or add a heavier leave-in when you need more moisture.
It contains botanicals (and the Thick/Dry version includes lavender and rosemary plant material). Even gentle plant ingredients can be too much for some people, so if you’re ultra-sensitive, start slow.
Sensitive Skin & Pregnancy Considerations
If you’re sensitive, patch test first and start with ends-only application before using it closer to the scalp.
Essential oil transparency: while these formulas use botanical ingredients rather than synthetic fragrance blends, essential oils and aromatic plant materials can carry trace contaminants depending on sourcing and processing. I prioritize brands that test for purity and take steps to minimize contaminants and impurities whenever possible.
